Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Cuisine/Gastronomic Chef to join our Pizza Restaurant located in Faxe. As a culinary expert, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, innovation, and culinary skills while delivering an exceptional dining experience to our esteemed guests.

- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Follow standardized recipes and maintain proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are stocked and readily available.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Assist with menu planning, suggesting new pizza creations and flavor combinations.
- Monitor food quality and taste, making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a pizza restaurant or similar establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of pizza making techniques, including dough preparation and various cooking methods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and flavorful dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
